Self-Evaluation
How can self-evaluating our designs improve our work?
Design is not measured in terms of right or wrong, but rather by the degree of success demonstrated in problem solving. Self-evaluation allows us to examine, test, evaluate, and refine our design solutions to ensure they work, are neat, clean, accurate, and functional, communicate the intended message, and meets the needs and wants of the end-users. Utilizing self-evaluation tools and questions to examine and evaluate our design solutions, helps us create better designs.
