C. D. Students I’m sure you’ve noticed the C.D. cheerleaders collecting donations for Breast Cancer during lunch. They will again be doing this on Thursday and Friday of this week and again on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of next week.You can purchase a lollipop for 1.00, donate a dollar in honor of someone who life has been touched by Breast Cancer for the wall of Hope, or simply make a donation in any amount. Do you realize if each of us donated just one dollar we’d raise close to 2000 dollars! Checks can be made out to the American Cancer Society! Come on C.D. students lets show Central Dauphin Middle School and Linglestown Middle School we can beat their totals. See the cheerleaders during lunch for info on how to join the team to walk on October 15th or make a donation on line!!!
Next Friday October 14th in honor of Breast Cancer awareness month we will have a PINK DAY. Guys show your support for your mothers, grandmothers, sisters, and aunts by wearing your pink. Girls be pretty in pink for the day! Breast Cancer touches many lives. Did you know that an estimated 240,000 woman will be diagnosed with Breast cancer this year? Girls and GUYS Lets show our support for all of those wonderful woman in our lives by wearing pink on October 14th.
