Central Dauphin Wrestling is a K-12 program for students of the Central Dauphin School District. Programs consist of:
- Varsity High School: Grades 9-12
- Junior Varsity High School: Grades 9-12
- Varsity Freshman: Grades 7-9
- Junior Varsity Freshman: Grades 7-9
- Elementary Wrestling: Grades K-6

The Season
High School and freshman wrestling are Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association "PIAA" winter sports. The RAMS are classified as a "AAA" PIAA team and wrestle in Central Pennsylvania, a region designated by the PIAA as District 3. Within District 3, the RAM High School team wrestles in the Commonwealth Division of the Mid Penn Wrestling League. The RAMS wrestle for both Team and Individual placement in the PIAA Team and Individual State Wrestling Championships, held each year at the Giant Center in Hershey, PA.
