The Central Dauphin Wresting Association (CDWA) is a nonprofit organization established to support wrestling at Central Dauphin High School. Membership is open to anyone interested in supporting the Wrestling program.

CDWA sponsored fundraising events support activities and programs such as:

   - Overnight tournament accommodations
   - Annual banquets and award ceremonies
   - Annual scholarship programs
   - Equipment and uniform purchases
   - Summer wrestling clubs, camps, strength & conditioning programs and Clinics
