Spatial Depth and Illusion
How can spatial depth and Illusion be used to create visually interesting graphics?
One of the aspects of great graphics is the illusion of depth; the sensation of looking into an image when, in fact, all we're really looking at is a flat surface. Depth helps a graphic become three-dimensional. Elements can look like they are popping out, floating, or cut into the graphic.
