Our world is changing so quickly and in so many areas that the advertising industry has had to invent more ways to present their collective message; hence, the need for unconventional advertising.
Traditional advertising includes methods such as print ads in magazines and newspapers, radio and TV spots, website banner ads, direct mail, poster and billboards.
Unconventional advertising often consists of creative methods used by businesses to temporarily promote a product or service. It involves imagination to grab the attention of the public in more personal and memorable ways. Unconventional advertising thrives on original thinking and creativity.
Examples of unconventional advertising include clothing with ads, free samples, partnership with local charity or sponsorships, public displays, packaging designs, social media campaigns, and much more.
